Electrical Engineer – Slough

£47,000 + Overtime | Monday to Friday | Single Site

Our client, one of the world's leading facilities management providers, is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their engineering team on a large industrial site in Slough.

You'll become part of a skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining a busy industrial facility where no two days are the same.

The Role

As an Electrical Engineer, you'll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant and operating at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Electrical fault finding, repairs and breakdown response
  • Maintenance of lighting, power distribution, AHUs and air conditioning systems
  • Basic building services maintenance including plumbing and fabric repairs
  • Escorting specialist contractors and monitoring safe working practices
  • Completing maintenance documentation and ensuring statutory compliance

  • £47,000 Basic Salary
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
  • Overtime available (Time & Half weekdays | Double Time Sundays)

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Experience working within industrial, manufacturing or heavy commercial environments
  • Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
