Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Stevenage/Bishop’s Stortford - Immediate Start

Location: Stevenage / Bishop’s Stortford
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
 

We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer to join a Facilities Management team on a commercial site between Stevenage and Bishop’s Stortford, working core weekday hours. This Electrical Engineer role offers ongoing work with weekly pay.

Electrical Engineer — what you’ll be doing:

  • PPM and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
  • Fault-finding and repairs on electrical distribution systems
  • Accurate job and compliance reporting

As Electrical Engineer, you’ll need:

  • BS7671 Wiring Regulations - 18th Edition (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a facilities management, mobile maintenance, or building services environment
  • Strong fault-finding ability and a proactive approach
