Job Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer
A well-established manufacturer in the Greater Morecambe area is looking to strengthen its engineering team with an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer. You'll be working across a varied range of industrial machinery and ancillary plant, carrying out electrical maintenance, fault finding and breakdown support to keep equipment operating safely and reliably.
The site offers an interesting mix of equipment, making this a genuinely hands-on role for an engineer with strong electrical skills. Alongside reactive and preventative maintenance, you'll be involved in electrical modifications, installations and continuous improvement work, with opportunities to troubleshoot PLC, drive and instrumentation-related faults.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Strong electrical maintenance background.
- Engineering qualification (or equivalent experience).
- PLC fault-finding experience.
- Good communication skills.
