Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working - minimum 1 day a week onsite)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Private Medical + Excellent Benefits

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, the business is looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Engineer who can combine technical excellence with leadership capability and play a key role in shaping the future of the engineering team.

The Role
You'll lead the design and coordination of electrical building services solutions across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically robust and sustainable engineering solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Electrical building services design and technical delivery.
- Power distribution, cable sizing, fault level and protection calculations.
- Integration of HVAC systems, heat pumps and associated controls.
- Technical review and quality assurance of engineering outputs.
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
- Supporting project delivery from concept through to commissioning.
- Working collaboratively with clients, contractors and wider design teams.
About You
We're keen to speak with individuals who have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- Experience in Electrical Building Services design within commercial environments.
- Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and industry regulations.
- Proven experience producing calculations, specifications and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A desire to mentor others and contribute to business growth.
- Progress towards, or attainment of, IEng or CEng status would be advantageous.
