About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-focused Electrical Estimator.

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of estimating experience who is looking to develop their career within the electrical and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate and competitive estimates and quotations.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Carrying out material and labour cost calculations.
• Obtaining and reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and internal teams.
• Identifying costs, risks and potential commercial opportunities within projects.
• Ensuring estimates are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Supporting the wider commercial and project teams throughout the tender process.
• Maintaining accurate estimating records and documentation.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in estimating.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other standard office software.
• A willingness to learn and develop within the electrical industry.

What We Offer

• £40,000–£50,000 salary, depending on experience.
