Are you an Electrical Estimator looking to take ownership of a function and progress into senior commercial leadership, with Hybrid Working, Annual Bonus and Profit Share? Do you have experience pricing electrical works and want to help build a growing business from the ground up?

On offer is a permanent role with a fast-growing electrical contractor, backed by a wider support network, where you'll be trusted to shape the estimating and commercial side and be recognised for the impact you make.

This is a business in expansion mode with a strong workload track record and a clear plan for growth, giving you the chance to develop alongside them and play a key part in building a multi-million-pound operation.

You'll be based from Kegworth with hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home) and occasional site visits, producing estimates and pricing new projects, overseeing cost control and supporting through to final accounts alongside the Contracts Manager.

This role suits a driven Electrical Estimator who wants progression into higher responsibility and commercial leadership (Senior, Commercial Manager and ultimately Director) within a growing business.
The Role:

• Electrical estimating and pricing for new projects, supporting bids and quotations
• Kegworth-based with hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home) and occasional site visits
• Overseeing cost control and supporting through to final accounts with the Contracts Manager (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)

The Person:

• Electrical background
• Experience pricing for electrical works
• Some business development skills
