About the Role

The Electrical Estimator will prepare accurate, competitive tenders for electrical building services projects, from smaller works to larger packages.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare estimates, take-offs and cost plans from drawings and specifications.

  • Review tender documents and identify project risks.

  • Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.

  • Work with design and delivery teams to identify cost savings.

  • Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings.

  • Manage tender deadlines and maintain clear pricing records.

  • Keep labour rates and material prices up to date.

  • Hand successful tenders over to the project delivery team.
