In this varied role, you will deliver engaging practical and classroom-based Electrical Installation training to Commercial and Domestic Electrician apprentices. You will assess learner progress, carry out workplace reviews, support apprentices throughout their programme and work closely with employers to ensure learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed within the electrical industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong Electrical Installation experience, hold an NVQ Level 3 and possess either a recognised teaching qualification or assessor qualification. You will be passionate about developing apprentices and committed to delivering high-quality training that prepares learners for successful careers.

• Deliver practical and classroom-based Electrical Installation training to apprentices
• Carry out learner assessments, progress reviews and workplace visits
• Support apprentices throughout their apprenticeship programme
• Work closely with employers to ensure successful learner outcomes
• Promote additional training opportunities and maintain strong industry relationships
• Based across the Aylesbury and High Wycombe campuses
• Monday to Friday, 37-hour week

• NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Electrical Installation
• Strong commercial, domestic or maintenance electrical industry experience
• Teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent) or Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, CAVA or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Passion for developing apprentices
• Full UK Driving Licence
