Salter Grange is partnering with a leading international contractor to recruit an Electrical Lead for a major Data Centre project in Switzerland

As the Electrical Lead you will lead the electrical package on a large-scale project, overseeing site operations, subcontractors, programme delivery, safety, quality, and commercial performance.

Electrical Lead Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Systems package from installation through to handover
• Manage site safety, quality, and compliance
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against programme
• Oversee project costs, labour, materials, and variations
• Produce weekly progress and cost reports
• Attend client, planning, and project meetings
• Drive programme delivery and ensure project milestones are achieved
• Support project close-out, commissioning, and handover activities

Electrical Lead Requirements

• Electrical trade background and/or relevant qualification
• 5+ years' experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and building services
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Data Centre experience is highly desirable
