CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider at a prestigious commercial estate in Belgravia, London.

Salary & Benefits
  • Up to £47,000 basic salary
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 28 days with service
  • 1 in 4 call-out rota with £100 standby payment

The RoleWorking across a prestigious commercial estate, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a wide range of electrical building services, ensuring the estate is maintained to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities
  • Planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Fault finding and repairs across electrical systems
  • Maintenance of lighting and emergency lighting systems
  • Testing and inspection of electrical equipment
  • Maintenance of distribution boards, power supplies and electrical plant
  • Basic BMS monitoring and operation
  • Responding to electrical breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests
  • Carrying out basic mechanical and building fabric duties where required
  • Escorting and supervising specialist subcontractors
  • Completing accurate maintenance records and job sheets
  • Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with relevant regulations
About YouTo be considered for this position, you'll have:
  • City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 18th Edition qualification
  • Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management
  • Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and a multi-skilled approach
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • The ability to provide copies of relevant trade qualifications
