An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established FM service provider based on a unique commercial estate in Stratford, East London.
Our client is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased, C&G qualified) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical environment such as a bank or blue-chip office. Working as part of a large on-site maintenance team, you will carry out a mix of electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance duties, including:
- Lighting – small installation works, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, power distribution
- Emergency lighting
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Air conditioning – AHUs/FCUs (filter changes and cleaning)
- Water treatment (temperature checks, dosing)
- Basic plumbing (including unblocking toilets)
- BMS systems
- UPS systems
- Monday to Friday,
- 07:00–16:00 and 10:00–19:00
- Plenty of overtime available.
- Salary up to £48,000 + overtime
- 25 days holiday + an additional day for your birthday

- Ongoing training and career progression
- City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical
- City & Guilds 17th or 18th Edition
- Able to provide copies of trade certificates
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled, with strong communication and customer service skills
