Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing business in Birmingahm to recruit an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer.

Shift 

Week 1

• Monday – 5am-1:30pm
• Tuesday-Thursday – 6am-2pm
• Friday – 6am – 1:30pm

Week 2

• Monday-Thursday – 1pm-9pm
• Friday – 12:30pm-8:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain all electrical & electro-mechanical plant equipment or machinery
• Faulting finding and repairs
• Operating a preventative electrical maintenance system
• Program Siemens & other programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
• Attend breakdowns

What We’re Looking For:

• 17th/ 18th edition qualified 
• Level 3 Electrical Engineering 
• Completed an electrically biased hands-on apprentice training programme
• Experience working in a  fast pased automated environment 
• Experience with robots 
• Diagnostics experience in electrical motors and pneumatics
• Experience and knowledge of PLCs (programmable logic controllers)
