If you're fed up with constantly being pulled between multiple sites or you're looking for a modern building where engineering is valued, this could be worth a look.

We're recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team looking after the newly redeveloped New Covent Garden site in Battersea.

You'll be joining an established team of five engineers, alongside a Contract Support and Site Supervisor, so you'll always have support around you when you need it.

The role is mainly focused on planned maintenance, reactive repairs and fault finding across a modern commercial environment. There's plenty of overtime available if you want to boost your earnings, and although there's an on-call rota (1 in 2), call-outs are minimal due to the age and reliability of the building.

What You'll Be Doing

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)

Reactive electrical maintenance

Electrical fault finding and diagnostics

Compliance checks and statutory maintenance

Completing maintenance records using the CAFM system

Supporting the wider building services team

What We're Looking For

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
  • Experience working within commercial building maintenance or facilities management
  • Strong electrical fault-finding skills
  • Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance
  • A professional, client-facing approach

If you're looking for a long-term role on a modern commercial site where you'll be part of a supportive engineering team and have the opportunity to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you. #Indsouth
