We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading building services and facilities maintenance provider for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a large, newly redeveloped commercial site based in Battersea.

The Role

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building services systems within a large commercial environment.

You will ensure the smooth operation, safety, and compliance of all electrical systems across the facility while working as part of an established on-site team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working within a team of 5 engineers on site
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • Reactive electrical maintenance and fault finding
  • Electrical diagnostics and repairs
  • Maintenance of building services systems
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of a large commercial site

Working Hours

  • Monday–Friday
  • Rotating shifts: 6:30am–3:30pm & 7:30am–4:30pm (weekly rotation)

Requirements

  • Electrical qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Strong background in building services maintenance
  • Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Package & Benefits
