⚡ Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer

📍 Moreton-in-Marsh | 🕒 Permanent Nights & Days | 4 Day Week | 💷 Up to £47,000 per annum

Are you an electrically biased engineer looking for a role where you'll be trusted to work independently, develop your skills, and be part of a business that is continually investing in its people and equipment?

We're recruiting for an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing plant, working closely with the Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support both production machinery and site facilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Electrical fault finding and maintenance on plant machinery
  • Reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Electrical installations and upgrades across the site
  • Working on machinery control panels and associated equipment
  • Facility maintenance, PAT testing, inspection and testing
  • Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
  • Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions
  • Ordering parts and managing maintenance requirements independently
  • Supporting ongoing improvement and investment projects

What We're Looking For:

✅ Electrically biased maintenance background within a manufacturing or plant environment

✅ NVQ Level 3 Electrical Maintenance (or equivalent)

✅ 18th Edition qualification

✅ Experience with fault finding, electrical installations, and maintenance

✅ Ability to read electrical drawings and understand control panels

✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

✅ A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
