We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Project Manager to join an established electrical services business based in Poole.
The role will involve managing a range of electrical maintenance, remedial and project works across commercial and industrial environments. You will be responsible for coordinating engineers and subcontractors, managing projects from start to finish and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical maintenance and remedial projects from initial planning through to completion.
- Coordinate electrical engineers, subcontractors and site teams.
- Plan and schedule planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Carry out site visits and monitor project progress.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide regular updates.
- Review project requirements, scopes of work and quotations.
- Manage labour, materials and subcontractor requirements.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Review RAMS, permits and project documentation.
- Monitor project costs and assist with commercial management.
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers where required.
- Ensure maintenance and project records are kept up to date.
- Identify additional works and opportunities with existing clients.
- Previous experience within electrical maintenance, electrical contracting or project management.
- Strong electrical background with relevant qualifications.
- Experience managing electrical engineers and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of commercial and industrial electrical maintenance.
- Experience with planned and reactive maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical compliance and health & safety.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- £50,000-£55,000 salary
