Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

We're recruiting on behalf of our manufacturing client, in Pollington. This is a state of the art manufacturing facility with automated machinery. The Person:

• Experienced within a manufacturing environment. 
• NVQ Level 3 (Electrical).
• Have worked as an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, Engineering Shift Leader or Lead Engineer.
• Experience with automated machinery.
• Ambitious, Motivated and have the ability to work as part of a team.

The Role:

• Leading the site Engineering Team to achieve the best possible results from a fully engaged team. 
• Actively manage the performance of the Engineering Team and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work with the Management structure to ensure smooth efficient running of site.
• Plan and co-ordinate the daily work of the Maintenance Technicians and contractors.
• Work collaboratively with site production & planning team to organise works effectively.
• Control of compliance in line with legal & statutory inspections
• Uphold site standards in line with audit & customer compliance
• Ensure the completion of onsite project works on time and within budget.
• Management of site engineering budget.
• Manage the site Planned Preventative Maintenance Systems to achieve a reduction in unplanned downtime events across the site.
• Ensure all engineering activities are completed safely.
• Provide an escalation point for out of hours breakdowns
• Comply with the company procedures and instructions and all times
• Actively manage contamination risk through compliance to Company Process Standards and Post-Redresser Maintenance procedures.

This role is working Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm, with some element of call out where needs be. The salary of this position is up to £56,000. Get in touch with Shaun Treacy at Questech Recruitment for more information.
