Electrical Mate

Responsibilities

• Assist Electricians with electrical installation works in accordance with project specifications.
• Support with the installation, preparation and movement of electrical materials and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with Electricians, supervisors, engineers and other trades to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures and promote safe working practices at all times.
• Assist with testing, inspections and recording completed works where required.

Experience and Qualifications

• CSCS or JIB card in date.
• Asbestos Awareness –ideal
• Previous experience working as an Electrical Mate or within an electrical environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical installation and site practices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn and develop electrical skills.
