Electrical / Mechanical Technician
Enterprise Recruitment Ltd
Stratford, London
A lot of technician roles promise variety. This one genuinely delivers it.
Based at a modern facility in Stratford with excellent transport links, you'll join a growing engineering team developing technology that's already being used in real-world environments. Rather than working on concepts that may never leave the drawing board, you'll be helping build, test and improve innovative products that are actively making an impact in the market. At the heart of it all is cutting-edge technology, driving the next generation of automation and creating exciting engineering challenges along the way.
Day to day, you'll be a key part of the production and engineering function, working closely with technicians, engineers and project teams to bring products to life. Some weeks will be heavily focused on hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly, while others may see you involved in testing, troubleshooting, process improvements or supporting the delivery of new projects. The role offers a great blend of practical engineering and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how things work and finding ways to make them better.
While the role is predominantly site-based, there will also be opportunities to visit customer sites from time to time, supporting installations and helping ensure equipment is performing as expected. This adds an extra level of variety and gives you the opportunity to see first-hand how the technology is being used in the field.
The environment is fast-paced, collaborative and ambitious. As the business continues to grow, so do the opportunities for people who want to make a genuine contribution. Ideas are welcomed, improvements are encouraged, and you'll have the chance to play a visible role in how products, processes and standards develop over time.
Alongside the opportunity to work with genuinely innovative technology, the company offers a strong benefits package, including unlimited holiday, healthcare from day one, ongoing training and development opportunities, and the chance to progress as the business continues its growth journey.
