Overview

A rapidly growing electrical contractor operating at the forefront of the data centre sector is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their expanding team. With a heavy pipeline of upcoming projects and continued investment in their delivery capability, this is a key strategic hire that will play a major role in shaping the next phase of the company’s growth.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of overseeing multiple live projects, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met, risks are managed, and projects are delivered to the highest standard.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced technical environment and has proven experience managing complex electrical or M&E projects within data centres or similarly demanding sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client‑side project delivery from planning through to completion

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects within the data centre environment

• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main communication channel

• Coordinate internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and external partners

• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and quality standards

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance and safety throughout

• Support strategic planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Experience & Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within data centres, electrical contracting, M&E, or mission‑critical environments

• Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high‑pressure environment

• Solid understanding of electrical installations, infrastructure, and technical project delivery

• Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities

• Ability to work proactively and independently, with a focus on quality and efficiency
