Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager required for an established Electrical contractor delivering commercial CAT A/ B Fit Out Electrical installations across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, They are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical  Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 10 Storey commercial CAT A/ B Fit Out Project in Canary Wharf, London

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities

As the Electrical Project Manager you will be reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the electrical package, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all electrical subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate electrical works with the main contractor and design team.
• Produce and monitor short-term programmes and look-ahead schedules.
• Attend and lead progress, coordination and client meetings.
• Oversee procurement and material deliveries.
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are adhered to.
• Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging through to completion.
• Coordinate commissioning, witnessing and final handover.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Electrical Project Manager delivering commercial Cat A/Cat B fit out projects.
• Strong background managing subcontractor packages.
• Excellent electrical knowledge
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

What’s on Offer

• £75,000 – £80,000 basic salary (Travel + Bonuses)
