A well-established and growing M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join its delivery team due to continued project wins and a strengthening client portfolio across London and the South East.
The business has built a strong reputation within the commercial fit-out sector, delivering high-quality Cat A and Cat B projects for a range of repeat clients. With a healthy order book and ambitious growth plans, this is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager looking to play a key role within an expanding organisation.
Responsibilities
- Managing mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover
- Leading project delivery across commercial fit-out and refurbishment schemes
- Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and client representatives
- Managing programme, quality, health & safety and project performance
- Monitoring costs, variations and project reporting
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proven experience delivering commercial M&E fit-out projects
- Strong mechanical building services background
- Experience managing projects within occupied and live environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong pipeline of secured work
