A well-established M&E contractor is looking to appoint an Electrical Project Manager to join their growing delivery team. With a strong order book and a healthy pipeline of secured work, this is an opportunity to join a business that can offer genuine long-term stability and progression.
The initial project is a large student accommodation development with an expected programme of over 5 years, providing long-term continuity before moving onto future projects. The next secured scheme is already lined up in Central London, with the majority of projects based across London.
The Role
- Managing electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Working closely with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and compliance throughout delivery.
- Electrically qualified (essential).
- Proven experience delivering electrical packages on residential, mixed-use or student accommodation developments.
- Strong knowledge of M&E project delivery from installation through to commissioning and handover.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects to programme.
