My client is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team based in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, down-to-earth business that delivers a strong mix of projects across the Midlands.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing electrical projects from start to finish
• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and project programmes
• Working closely with clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Maintaining strong communication across all stages of the project

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within building services
• Strong background in commercial/industrial projects
• Good organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Straightforward, hands-on approach
