Electrical Project Manager

We're currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading M&E contractor on a large commercial office refurbishment project.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a high-profile fit-out from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring the electrical package is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the electrical package from start to completion.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors and site teams.
• Oversee programme, labour, materials, and procurement.
• Attend client and site meetings.
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and variations.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality.
• Coordinate commissioning, testing, snagging, and final handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and other stakeholders.

Electrical Project Manager Requirements:

• Gold / Black ECS 
• SMSTS
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial office refurbishment or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and meet programme deadlines.
• First Aid at Work is advantageous.
