ARC is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Supervisor / Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS) to join an established and reputable M&E contractor based in Lincoln.

The Role

This is a varied dual role, combining hands-on electrical site supervision with Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS) responsibilities. You'll play a key role in ensuring electrical works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations and company standards.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate labour and subcontractors, liaise with clients, and support electrical compliance, inspections and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical works on site
• Coordinate electricians, subcontractors and site activities
• Support the Project Manager with project delivery
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
• Carry out inspections and support quality assurance processes
• Ensure compliance with BS7671 and current electrical regulations
• Maintain strong communication with clients and the wider project team

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification
• 18th Edition (BS7671)
• City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification)
• Previous experience supervising electrical projects
• Experience supporting electrical compliance or QS duties
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Gold CSCS Supervisor Card
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience managing electrical packages valued at £500k+
• DBS check (enhanced clearance required – support provided)
