Electrical Site Manager

Client: Working throughout several sectors including commercial, residential, education, the business has seen a significant amount of growth in the last 5 Years. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects 2027 to be a similar period of growth. After a successful year they are now looking to increase turnover to £220M, consequently they are looking to expand their operations team. Despite their size, my client are a family owned and run business and this is a trait they pride themselves on with well over 80% of their clients using them on multiple occasions because of the nature of the business.

Role: Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor – West London – £280-£350 per day (Depending on Experience) or permanent equivalent

Role/Responsibilities:

• Design Review (scope gaps / clashes)
• Short term programming.
• Health & Safety (RAMS).
• Technical Submissions.
• Sub-contractor coordination.
• Management of commissioning stages
• Quality Assurance
• Liaising with client team, main contractor and sub-contractors
• Progress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams and client

The ideal candidate:

• Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of Electrical services.
• Shell and Core experience is a must
• Experience working in the residential sector
• Experience managing projects to a minimum of £2M within your own discipline
• A minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role
