The Role

We are working with a leading Building Services contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of electrical installations across multiple commercial projects in London. This role will involve managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards, monitoring programme delivery, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality, on time and within budget. You will work closely with Contracts Managers, client teams and other trades throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as an Electrical Site Manager within the Building Services or M&E sector.
• Strong background delivering commercial electrical installation projects.
• Excellent knowledge of site health & safety legislation and quality standards.
• Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour.
• Ability to coordinate works with clients, consultants and principal contractors.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and prioritise workloads effectively.
• Competent in producing progress reports and maintaining project documentation.
• Willingness to travel as project requirements dictate.

Qualifications

• ECS Gold Card (Preferred)
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Relevant Electrical Qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence
