Electrical Site Supervisor in Leeds, West Yorkshire

We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Site Supervisors to join a leading M&E contractor delivering large-scale residential and student accommodation projects across Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds.
Working on secured projects running through to 2027 and 2028, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring programme delivery, maintaining health & safety standards, and supporting quality assurance across site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation teams and subcontractors
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
- Monitor quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate daily site activities with project management teams
- Conduct site inspections and progress reporting
- Support commissioning and handover activities
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor within M&E residential construction
- Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced residential or commercial projects
