Salary: £65,000 per annum

My client is a well-established electrical design and installation contractor specialising in high-end projects across the healthcare, education, and defence sectors. Due to upcoming workload and team restructuring, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team and oversee multiple key projects in Barrow-in-Furness.

The Role

You will lead on-site electrical installation teams, ensuring all work complies with technical specifications, safety standards, and strict sector regulations. This role requires managing workflows across multiple active sites, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining high-quality control.

Key Requirements

• Active Security Clearance (SC Cleared): Essential due to the nature of the sites.
• JIB Gold Card: Approved Electrician status is mandatory.
• Safety Qualifications: Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Experience: Proven track record supervising commercial or industrial electrical installations, ideally within defence or regulated sectors.
• Mobility: Ability to travel between and manage multiple local project sites in Barrow.
