Electrical Supervisor

A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join the Lincoln region, on a full time, permanent basis. Having been established for over 50 years they are a forward-thinking business, with an excellent reputation and a healthy pipeline of work across the healthcare sector. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day performance of engineers and contractors, ensuring project targets and goals are achieved.
• Oversee electrical contracts, including direct reports and subcontractors.
• Ensure electrical certification is completed and processed in line with client requirements.
• Monitor team productivity, resolving issues that impact performance across direct and subcontractor workstreams.
• Optimise the use of labour, materials, plant, and equipment to deliver projects efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and site-specific requirements through audits and reporting.

Requirements:

• JIB Gold card or equivalent NVQ3 electrical qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the electrical field
• C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent qualification
• Full UK driving licence
