Electrical Supervisor

As this role is working on a water treatment site, ideally candidates will have previous experience within the water sector however industrial experience may be considered.
This is a contract position read below for full details:
- Start: 3rd August
- Duration: 8 Weeks +
- Rate: £30 per hour (may be negotiable)
- Hours: 45 per week
- Lodge/Accommodation : NOT OFFERED, candidates must be commutable.
Requirements
- JIB Gold Card
- 18th Edition
- Relevant Apprenticeship/NVQ etc.
- Own Tools & PPE
- SSSTS
- Safety Critical Medical
- Anglian Water Passport (preferred but not essential)
- You will need your own transport to reach site as it is rural.
Job Outline:
- Oversee the day-to-day workload of the site team, including task delegation by the Project Engineer, managing tooling, paperwork and time management.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of electricians and technicians on site, ensuring high standards of work and safety.
- Provide guidance and support to the electrical team, ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety practices.
- Ensure that the electrical team meets performance, quality, and time-related targets.
- Conduct inspections and supervise testing of electrical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all electrical work is carried out in strict adherence to Health and Safety standards, risk assessments, and relevant regulation
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of electrical tasks to ensure that project timelines and budgets are met.
