We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major Data Centre project in Blyth.

This is a great opportunity to join a large-scale, technically complex project with responsibility for supervising electrical works, coordinating subcontractors and labour, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical works on site.
• Coordinate activities with other trades and subcontractors.
• Manage two-week look-ahead programmes and daily planning.
• Monitor labour, productivity and subcontractor performance.
• Attend daily and weekly site meetings.
• Ensure materials, plant and equipment meet project requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Identify variations, delays and programme risks.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider site team.

Requirements

• Relevant Electrical Trade Qualification.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar.
• Strong M&E contracting background.
• Data Centre / Mission Critical experience highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of electrical construction and site supervision.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good MS Word and Excel skills.
