£60,000 + Company Vehicle (After Probation) + Mileage + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension

Are you an Electrical Supervisor with experience in the renewable energy sector looking to join a growing business where you can play a key role in developing the electrical division?

Do you have experience supervising Solar PV installations and ensuring high standards of compliance, quality and safety?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist renewable energy contractor delivering Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV charging projects across the UK. As part of a close-knit team, you'll have the chance to make a real impact by supporting electricians, improving processes and helping the business continue its growth.

You'll split your time between the Colchester office and site visits, supervising electrical installations, carrying out testing and inspections, ensuring compliance and supporting the development of company procedures.

The ideal candidate will have previous Electrical Supervisor experience within the renewable energy sector, strong Solar PV knowledge, relevant electrical qualifications and a hands-on approach.

The Role

• Supervising Solar PV and renewable energy installations.
• Ensuring compliance, quality and safety across projects.
• Carrying out testing and inspections.
• Supporting electricians and improving internal procedures.

The Person

• Previous Electrical Supervisor experience (or experienced electrician with team management responsibilities).
• Background in Solar PV or renewable energy.
• Experience with Battery Storage, testing & inspection and 3-phase systems.
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and relevant Solar PV qualifications.
