Communal Testing & Remedial Electrician

Location: North London and surrounding areas

Salary: £40,000 DOE plus company van & fuel card - OTE £60k

Hours: Monday-Friday (40hr week) - overtime opportunities

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We’re recruiting experienced Electrical Testing & Remedial Engineers to work across Social Housing and Local Authority contracts.

Our client has experienced consistent growth over the past 15 years and is looking for experienced electricians to support their long-term, established contracts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out EICRs, testing, inspection and remedial works
• Working across communal areas
• Fault finding and diagnosing electrical issues
• Working to BS7671 and NICEIC standards
• Working to agreed targets while maintaining quality
• Liaising professionally with customers and clients

What We're Looking For

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• Proven testing and remedial experience
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good knowledge of electrical regulations
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Social Housing or Local Authority experience preferred
