Job Title: Electrical Tutor / Assessor
Location: Delivering across 2 centres – Derbyshire / Nottingham (must be flexible covering both sites)
Salary: £45,000 + Bonus

This is great opportunity to join an established training provider, to support the growth and development of their brand-new, Electrical Engineering department.
Duties include:
- Deliver a Level 3 Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship, covering both practical and theoretical competencies (one to one and group delivery).
- Contribute to curriculum design and development, supporting the creation of practical tasks, assessments and learning resources.
- Carry out on site visits, to assess learners within their place of work, in addition to classroom-based training.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Experience in a similar role, delivering Electrical Apprenticeships, up to Level 3.
- Must hold a recognised Teaching and Assessor Awards (AET, PTLLS etc) and (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D Units)
- Must hold the following qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation/Maintenance
- C&G 2382 18th edition or equivalent.
- Strong competency, as an Electrician.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
