Working Pattern: 5 days per week – flexible on part-time availability
Hourly Rate: £25 PH CIS
We are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join a housing association team in Chatham, Kent, working on heating installation and electrical wire-up works.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for a long-term contract, with flexibility around the number of days worked.
The Role:- Electrical wire-ups for heating installations
- Supporting heating installation programmes across housing stock
- Completing electrical works safely and to a high standard
- Working within social housing properties
- Ensuring all works comply with current electrical regulations
- 18th Edition
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical
- AM2
- Previous experience with heating installation / wire-ups
- Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations
- Social housing experience would be advantageous
