Job Title: Electrician

Location: Glen Mor, Invergarry

Start: ASAP

Duration: Until Mid September 2026

Hours: 10 hour days.

Rotation: 11 days on 3 days off rotation

Rate: £21.19 p/hour PAYE

Overtime:

Midweek after 7.5 hours – Time & ½ (£31.79)

Saturday first 6 hours – Time & ½ (£31.79) Then Double Time (£42.38)

Sunday – Double Time. 
Corrie Recruitment is currently looking for two Electricians for a temporary contract in Glen Mor, Invergarry.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the installation of a large site set up.  

Responsibilities:

• Installing a large site set-up with sleeper units and modular buildings
• Installing SWA cables, glanding and terminating into MDU DB’s at source and commando sockets at the end
• Trace heating to be installed to pipework, EM lights to be installed on cabins
• Cable sizes from 150mm 5 core SWA down to 4m 3 core SWA

Requirements:

• ECS or JIB-ECS certification and CSCS (essential)
• Fit for Role Medical (FFR), formerly known as a Safety Critical Medical, completed by a SEQOHS-accredited occupational health provider
• Driving Licence due to the remote location
• Own PPE (hard hat, gloves, glasses provided)
• Proven experience working as an approved electrician for construction or civil engineering
• Strong awareness of health and safety
• Ability to work safely and as part of a team

• Lodge allowance paid in line with the SJIB/JIB agreement (£53.09 per night). Week one includes 5 nights' lodge allowance and week two includes 3 nights'.
