Salary: £21.50 an hour w/ Van and Fuel Card
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, plus out-of-hours call-out rota
The Role
- Carry out responsive electrical repairs, maintenance and fault finding within occupied and void social housing properties.
- Complete EICRs, testing, inspection and certification.
- Undertake consumer unit repairs, MCB replacements, rewires, lighting, smoke alarms, extractor fans, shower repairs and minor installations.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
- Work in line with Health & Safety procedures.
Requirements for the Electrician
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- AM2 qualification.
- NICEIC registration (preferred).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
