No two days are the same. You'll be carrying out a variety of electrical works across occupied and void properties, helping to keep homes safe, compliant and well maintained.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Electrical testing, inspection and certification
- Fault finding, diagnostics and reactive repairs
- Full and partial domestic rewires
- Electrical installations within kitchens and bathrooms
- Installing and upgrading domestic heating systems
- Completing work to a high standard while ensuring excellent customer service
- Using a PDA/mobile device to manage jobs and update records
We're keen to hear from qualified electricians who have experience working within domestic properties, housing maintenance or a similar environment.
You'll ideally have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- City & Guilds 2391 (Testing & Inspection) or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (or strong working knowledge)
- Experience carrying out testing, fault finding and installation work
- A full UK driving license
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
