No two days are the same. You'll be carrying out a variety of electrical works across occupied and void properties, helping to keep homes safe, compliant and well maintained.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
  • Electrical testing, inspection and certification
  • Fault finding, diagnostics and reactive repairs
  • Full and partial domestic rewires
  • Electrical installations within kitchens and bathrooms
  • Installing and upgrading domestic heating systems
  • Completing work to a high standard while ensuring excellent customer service
  • Using a PDA/mobile device to manage jobs and update records
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from qualified electricians who have experience working within domestic properties, housing maintenance or a similar environment.


You'll ideally have:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • City & Guilds 2391 (Testing & Inspection) or equivalent
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (or strong working knowledge)
  • Experience carrying out testing, fault finding and installation work
  • A full UK driving license
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
Experience within social housing, property maintenance or responsive repairs would be advantageous but isn't essential.
