Maintenance & Repairs Electrician 
No prior infrastructure experience needed – full technical training provided on unique transport systems!
Starting Salary: £45,760 | Realistic OTE: £60,000 – £65,000+ 
Location: Field based in the South

  • Optional Travel Uplift: Working away is completely optional, but available regularly and pays an extra +£3/hr on top of your standard rate (plus expenses).

The Electrician Role:
  • Complete planned and preventative maintenance across tunnel and transport infrastructure within set closure periods.
  • Maintain and fault-find on LV electrical distribution, pumps, extract/supply fans, ventilation dampers, VSDs, and associated motors.
  • Repair and maintain emergency wayfinding, signage systems, CCTV, intruder alarms, and LED control systems.
  • Undertake detailed inspections, document remedial works, and uphold exceptional health & safety standards.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to support the split between planned projects and routine maintenance.

Qualifications Required:
  • NVQ Level 3 & AM2
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Inspection & Testing qualification (2391/2394/2395)
  • Full UK driving licence
