Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced EICR Tester to join our expanding electrical team.

Working for a well-established building services and maintenance company, you'll be responsible for carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across a diverse portfolio of commercial and domestic properties. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across commercial and domestic properties.
  • Inspect, test, and certify electrical installations in accordance with the latest BS 7671 Wiring Regulations.
  • Identify faults, defects, and non-compliances, providing clear recommendations for remedial works.
  • Complete accurate certification and inspection reports using digital reporting systems.
  • Carry out fault finding and electrical testing where required.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current Health & Safety regulations.
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
  • Manage your own workload and travel efficiently between client sites.
  • Support remedial works where required following inspections.
What We're Looking For
  • Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection qualification.
  • Proven experience carrying out EICRs across commercial and/or domestic properties.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of BS 7671 Wiring Regulations.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • A professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, or Electrical Maintenance.
  • ECS Gold Card.
  • Experience carrying out remedial electrical works.
  • Familiarity with digital certification and compliance software.
