Broadacres Housing Association is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our dynamic Property Services team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems in our properties to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical inspections, maintenance, and repairs in residential properties owned by Broadacres Housing Association
- Install new electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures as needed
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and diagnose problems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments and external contractors to complete projects efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond promptly to maintenance requests

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working as an Electrician in a residential setting
- Valid electrical license or certification
- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance situations
