Electrician (fixed wire testing)

NPP are looking for an electrician to perform fixed wire testing on a commercial project.

The role consists of conducting EICR inspections, performing remedial electrical repairs, and maintaining regulatory compliance

Duties

• Electrical Testing: Inspect and test fixed wiring, distribution boards, lighting circuits, and sockets in commercial or industrial buildings.

• Report Writing: Complete digital Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) detailing circuit safety, defects, and observations.

• Remedial Works: Fix minor faults, loose connections, or damaged accessories found during tests to bring sites up to standard.

• Client Communication: Explain test findings and safety codes clearly to site managers and clients.
