🔧 The Role

Carry out EICR testing and inspections in occupied social housing properties, with minor remedial (C1 & C2) works completed where required.

👷 Requirements

  • 18th Edition

  • Level 3 Electrical Qualification

  • 2391 Test & Inspect (or equivalent)

  • ECS card or willingness to obtain 

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Domestic/social housing testing experience preferred

  • Must pass an Access NI DBS check
