Overview

Henley Recruitment is currently recruiting for 4 x JIB Electricians to join a new-build residential development in Fulham, South West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced electricians to work on a high-quality residential project, carrying out 1st and 2nd fix electrical installations. The contract is initially for 4-6 weeks, with an immediate start available.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Job Description

As a JIB Electrician, your duties will include:

  • Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix electrical installations on a new-build residential development.
  • Working from electrical drawings and technical specifications.
  • Installing wiring and associated electrical systems to a high standard.
  • Working effectively as part of a two-person team.
  • Ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Inspecting installations to identify any defects or potential hazards.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Experience & Qualifications

To be considered, you must have:

  • A valid JIB Gold Card.
  • Previous experience completing 1st and 2nd fix electrical installations on residential developments and/or hotel projects.
  • The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience using hand and power tools associated with electrical installation.
  • A strong understanding of health & safety requirements on construction sites.
  • A reliable and professional approach to work.
