Electrician – Industrial Warehouse

Rate: £25.00 per hour
Duration: 6 weeks plus

Job Description

LGP Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of a client for experienced Electricians to work on an industrial warehouse project in Wigan. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified electricians looking for consistent work on a project expected to last 6 weeks or longer.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing lighting and small power systems.
• Installing metal containment and cable tray systems.
• Installing conduit and trunking.
• Carrying out electrical installation works in an industrial warehouse environment.
• Working safely and in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health and safety.

Requirements

• Valid Gold JIB Electrician card.
• Valid IPAF licence.
• Previous experience with industrial or commercial electrical installations.
• Experience installing containment, conduit, trunking, lighting and small power.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Working Hours

• Expected to be approximately 45 hours per week.
• Final working hours to be confirmed closer to the start date.

What We Offer

• £25.00 per hour.
• Initial 6-week contract with the potential for extension.
• Work on an industrial warehouse project in Wigan.
• An anticipated start date of 26th October 2026.
