Electrican (Heating Controls & Wire-Ups)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE + Benefits + Ovetime OTE £50k
Location: Central London and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent 

Our client has been delivering electrical services to local authorities and housing associations for over 40 years. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Electrician to join our expanding team.

They are looking for an electrician with experience in heating controls and boiler wire ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
• S Plan
• Y Plan
• Reactive and planned maintenance works
• Dealing with Heating and boiler controls.
• Wiring full systems, Combi to Combi and System to Combi

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or recognised apprenticeship
• AM2 qualification
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience in Heating Controls

Desirable Experience

• Social housing or local authority contracts
• Working within occupied properties
• Asbestos Awareness
• Knowledge of risk assessments and safe systems of work
