Electrician Mate

Job Title: Electrician's Mate / Labourer

Location: Hornsea, East Yorkshire

Duration: 4–5 weeks

Pay (DOE):

Experience Required:

• Previous experience as an electrician's mate, electrical labourer, or construction labourer preferred.
• ECS Labourer Card or ECS Electrical Labourer Card is usually required.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Good work ethic, reliability, and awareness of site health and safety. 

Duties:

• Assisting qualified electricians on site.
• Pulling and running cables.
• Drilling holes and preparing cable routes.
• Moving materials and equipment.
• Site tidying and general labouring duties.
• Following health and safety procedures and supporting the electrical team as required. 

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday.
• Typically 8–10 hours per day (40–50 hours per week), with overtime sometimes available depending on the project.
