Electrician - Norfolk Area

Noble Recruiting have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Electrician

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working across a diverse housing portfolio of approximately 4,000–5,000 properties throughout Norfolk.

Permanent Position

Salary £40,509.90 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across housing stock
• Diagnose faults and complete remedial work effectively
• Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and safety standards
• Complete inspections, testing, and certification as required
• Deliver high-quality customer service when working in occupied properties
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Adhere to all health & safety procedures

Call-Out Requirements:

• Participation in an on-call rota (1 week in every 8)
• £150 payment for each call-out week
• Time and a half paid for any call-outs attended

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
• Testing & Inspection qualification (preferred)
• Experience working within domestic/residential properties
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong understanding of health & safety practices
• Good communication and customer service skills
